NailTech4u is a platform that connects clients with nail technicians and service providers. We facilitate appointment booking for nail services but are not responsible for the actual nail services provided by technicians.

User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information when booking appointments
• Respect appointment times and cancel with appropriate notice
• Use the platform in a lawful manner and not for fraudulent purposes
• Maintain the confidentiality of any login credentials or access codes

Appointments

When booking an appointment:

• Appointments are subject to nail technician availability
• You will receive confirmation and reminder emails
• Cancellation policies may vary by nail technician

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies are determined by individual nail technicians. Please contact your nail technician directly for cancellation and refund policies. We are not responsible for refunds or disputes between clients and nail technicians.

Limitation of Liability

NailTech4u acts as an intermediary platform. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or outcomes of nail services provided by nail technicians. We do not guarantee nail technician qualifications or service outcomes.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
